Statement:
My artwork was inspired by my weekly walks through Victoria Park. I always admire the various native aspects throughout the Park Lands. I especially love the abundant birdlife which often gather in groups in the parks. My artwork was inspired by my love of cockatoos and some of the native plants found all throughout the Park Lands. I used coloured pencils and fine white paint pens to show the detail of the cockatoos, native flowers and the foliage
